The VDU073LP is a robust, highly flexible UHD video cable. It was specially designed and developed by KLOTZ for the interference-free transmission of 12G signals in order to meet the increased requirements of the SMPTE ST 2082-1 standard. The construction - with the small outer diameter of 5.0 mm - concentric stranded copper inner conductor, physically foamed PE dielectric, very dense tinned copper braiding with 95% coverage, robust PUR jacket - is consistently designed for flexibility and robustness, not only for mobile outdoor use. Even for temperatures between -40°C and +70°C, because the matt outer sheath is temperature-resistant, abrasion-resistant, notch-resistant and has a high tear propagation resistance. This results in a wide range of applications for short to medium transmission distances of up to 36 m for 12G video signals, depending on the end device and signal level used. Ideal for mobile use not only in the broadcast segment, e.g. on camera sets, mobile cabling, but also in industry and many other areas.
