This system cable, with two RC5SB CAT5 and two AES/EBU conductors, was developed for mobile audio network operation. It is the ideal solution for applications such as connecting remote stage racks with Allen&Heath DLive mixers or YAMAHA consoles with Dante®, which require two CAT5 cables. The ultra-rugged, double-shielded RC5SB is used as the twin power cable. Suitable for drum storage and with a solid conductor (AWG 24), it can carry EtherSound ™ or Dante® signals over distances of up to 120 metres. The design, with cross-shaped central filler, is particularly suitable for mobile use. Two auxiliary digital audio lines (AWG24, 110 Ohm) handle auxiliary functions such as intercom, monitoring, serial remote control etc. The cables are available with RJ45, etherCON and XLR 3p connectors.
