KLOTZ CATLink products are able to transmit four analogue audio signals (mic, line), eight digital audio signals (4x AES/EBU) or four DMX/MIDI signals over distances of up to 100 m with complete stability via a network conductor with overall shield. The CATLink mini Multicore System comprises a compact, rugged aluminium housing with etherCON socket on one side and an 80 cm 4-channel pigtail on the other. KLOTZ’ choice of mic/line/patch cable is a highly flexible digital cable with low external diameter, designed specifically for the CATLink mini series. KLOTZ products feature clear channel labelling, colour-coding and laser-engraved XLR connectors as standard, making it child’s play to distinguish the various channels. The CATlink mini series comprises an array of models with XLR 3p (mic, line, AES/EBU), XLR 5p (DMX) and TRS (line) to cover all connection needs. We recommend using a network conductor with overall shield (KLOTZ RC5EE) as a connection cable to ensure the four separate channels share a common earth.
