This multicore cable combines four, eight or twelve cables each based on the conduction properties of the SQ418H cable. Like the SQ418H, it has a halogen-free flame-retardant FRNC jacket and is thus ideal for installations. Each individual cable comprises a star quad whose opposing cores are electrically connected in perfectly symmetrical twisting to minimize electromagnetic interference; the aluminium-coated foil shield also protects effectively against interference. The layered twisting of the individual cables produces a stable, rugged structure for long life and durability.
